We will provide the best sunset time for your ceremony, based on your number of Guest and Location,We want the best light for your photos.
We service Destin, SanDestin, Miramar Beach all of 30A areas Grayton Beach,Seaside,Seacrest,Seagrove,Blue Mountain,Watercolor,Santa Rosa Beach,Rosemary,Alys to Panama City Beach and Fort Walton to Navarre,Pensacola.
The closest airports are in Panama City Beach , Ft Walton and Pensacola
Why should you choose our company?
We have Married over 1200 couples.
We are Licensed and Insured to perform events on the beach in Florida. Any legal wedding company should be able to provide a copy of City/ County Business Tax (Occupational) licenses,as well as liability certificate. Proof of these documents are a requirement at County/ State Parks.
Okaloosa County's beaches require all vendor wedding companies to have a qualified beach vendor permit Ours is Permit # 10QBVC0012
How soon should we reserve our date and time?
If you choose a Friday or Saturday sunset we suggest putting a Deposit down as soon as you have decided (to hold the date.)
We take bookings over 1 year in advance, so please call us early. We are open 7 days a week.

How do we book our wedding?
Once you've decided the time and date and the availability is confirmed through our office, we require the appropriate deposit / payment for the services requested.
We accept personal checks and Money Orders. We also accept Visa and Master Card (we ask that you call our office with credit card information rather than send it via mail or e-mail.)
Do you pick the location for the ceremony or do we?
The location is your choice. We go to County/ State Parks, hotels, condos and beach houses.
Some of the locations do charge a fee for the use of the beach as well as a "Special Use Permit"...
These fees are NOT included in any of the Destin Beach Wedding Packages"
Beach Wedding Companies are required to have an annual Beach Vendor Permit

Can we get married at the location we are staying at?
Yes, as long as you have permission from the hotel / condo owner or rental company.
Be sure to ask if they charge an additional fee for the use of the beach for weddings. The couple is responsible for any “fees” they may be charge.
Renting a beach house ? Be sure to ask if the home owners association charges a fee for weddings on the beach. There are some locations where it must be approved before the Board of Directors.This is almost always the case all along the Hwy 30A area like Seaside,Seagrove,Seacrest,Rosemary Beach,Grayton Beach,Blue Mountain,Watercolors,Alys,Inlet Beach,
Destin and other area's usually has No Charge.
Are rehearsals needed?
No. , a wedding day coordinator for the ceremony Only is additional $ 150.
Only on Dream Package, Forever Package,Ultimate Package's.
What happens if it rains?
Although rain is extremely rare with the past 1200+ weddings we have only moved approx 10 due to bad weather. we do recommend the bride have a back up plan. You may want to consider WEDDING INSURANCE available online at several sites.
It is the responsibility of the Bride to have a "back-up" location in case of Bad weather.
** We have use of a “Pavilion” which is beach front that holds up to 30 guests. ( If Needed )
** Generally we schedule your wedding at a Beach front County or State Park to have access to a pavilion.above.
Most Hotels or Condos do not have any type of outside shelter.
** If you have reserved a reception it can be moved to that location.
** It can be “postponed” until the next day **time based upon Destin Beach Weddings availability
The Bride and Groom makes the final decision.
Will there be other people on the beach?
Yes. All beaches in the State of Florida are public beaches.However most people respect your ceremony and privacy and will stay away.
Who performs the ceremony?
We provide the Officiant with all of our packages. There are both Male and Female officiants, we Do Not charge any additional fee's for a Male Minister.
Officiant is your choice.

Can You bring our own Officant or Minister?
YES You Can- as long as he/she is Ordained from Any State or a Notary for the State of FL.
We will give additional 25 professional photo's if you have your own Minister . -- (This also takes off the Sand Unity and Seashell Ceremony.)--
Can you write our own vows?
Yes, We offer the traditional wedding vows , however if you wish to write your own , please e-mail the vows to us for the minister to view.
Can we have a friend play music ?
Yes, you can have a Friend or Family member Play a guitar,sing,read a poem,or lead in prayer.
Who takes the photographs?
All of our packages include photos by a Professional Photographer that is used to outside shooting environments and against the sugar white sand.
You Can provide our own photographer/ videographer.
We will deduct our fee from the cost of the “package”. (Fees vary according to package)
*** Here's a Camcorder Tip for Friends and Family-
Make sure to take your camcorder equipment out of the air conditioning at least 1 hour prior to the ceremony. When you go from AC into the heat, the dew condensation will not allow most camcorders to work.
Can we bring our own decorations for the beach?
NO

Any person(s), or companies using Florida State Park Recreational facilities for weddings or receptions must show proof of 1 million liability insurance. This includes, and not limited too, wedding decoration, tent and chair rental companies, musicians, caterers, any beach vendor or individual.

Do you provide music?
Yes. It is provided Free in the Dream Package or higher.
Music is an ala carte item. The fee is $50.00. in the smaller packages.
Do you provide chairs?
Yes, we do have chairs available on the ala carte list. However keep in mind that most of the guests will want to stand. We do not recommend having a chair for each guest. Only for immediate Family or for any elderly guests.

How do we obtain the Marriage license?
What happens to license after the ceremony?
Should the couple still be in town the next business day. They can return the license in person and receive the certified copy right there on the spot.

We will mail the License priority mail to them the next business day.
What happens if you have to postpone?
Any deposits/payments will be applied to your new date within 1 year of the original date. This is non transferable.
What happens if we have to cancel?
All retainers/deposits are non-refundable. If you paid in full at the time of booking you will be refunded the difference if you cancel before 60 days of ceremony Date.If you cancel within 60 days of your ceremony,There is no refunds, however we do give you 1 year toi Re-Schedule your ceremony.
Do you handle the any receptions?
No, we do not, however we are more than happy to refer you to area restaurants, caterers, etc. on our vendors list. ( After Ceremony Booking )
